ARI Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This policy explains how ARI, an assistant operated by Fluss Creative, handles information when users create an account, use the assistant, or connect optional Google Workspace access.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as email address and authentication data.
- Conversation and assistant interaction data that users provide while using ARI.
- Operational metadata such as workspace IDs, device records, integration status, audit records, and usage logs.
- Optional Google Workspace data only after a user grants consent through Google OAuth.
Google User Data
If a user connects Google Workspace, ARI may access Google Calendar events, Google Contacts, Google Drive file metadata, and Gmail messages depending on the permissions granted. ARI uses Google user data only to provide user-requested assistant features, such as creating a calendar event, finding a contact, locating a Drive file, or helping with an email thread.
ARI does not sell Google user data. ARI does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, credit decisions, or eligibility decisions. ARI does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide and maintain user-facing assistant features, comply with law, or protect users and the service.
Storage And Security
Google OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. ARI stores integration metadata and tokens needed to maintain a user's connection. Conversation and memory data may be stored so the assistant can provide continuity for the signed-in user.
Limited Human Access
ARI does not allow humans to read Google user data unless the user gives explicit consent for support, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or access is required by law.
AI Processing
When a user asks ARI to perform a task, relevant user-provided content and connected-service data may be processed by AI service providers to generate a response or prepare an action. ARI limits this processing to the data needed for the user's request.
User Control
Users can disconnect Google access from their Google Account permissions page or by contacting Fluss Creative. Users can also request deletion of account or integration data by contacting Fluss Creative.
