ARI Assistant

ARI is a private assistant from Fluss Creative that helps signed-in users manage conversations, memory, travel requests, and optional Google Workspace tasks from a web or desktop experience.

What ARI Does

ARI lets users ask for help with everyday work such as remembering prior conversations, preparing actions, searching travel options, and, when the user connects Google, working with authorized Google Calendar, Contacts, Drive, and Gmail data.

Google access is optional. Users can use ARI with email and password login without connecting Google Workspace.

Google Workspace Features

Google Calendar: list or create calendar events when the user asks ARI to help with scheduling.
Google Contacts: search contact names, emails, and phone numbers to help users identify the right contact.
Google Drive: search file metadata such as file names, owners, links, and modified dates. ARI does not read Drive file content with the current Drive integration.
Gmail: search and read email messages or threads when the user asks for help with Gmail.
